+ How long does it take for my personalised item to be delivered?

This all depends on the product and availability, please note some personalised items will take longer, but we aim to turn around orders as soon as possible.

For all other items you have 14 days from receiving goods to notify the us of your intent to cancel, and then another 14 days to return the item. soap

+ What if the paint chips?

Our handcrafted, hand painted baskets require TLC as they are delicate; weaves may move and can cause slight chipping. We are happy to touch up any chipping that occurs in the first 6 months for free.

+ What if my hat gets damaged?

Our handcrafted, beach hats require TLC as they are delicate, and can be damaged by heat and by getting damp, please care for these as we are unable to savour these once purchased.
