+ How long does it take for my personalised item to be delivered?

Once the order is placed we aim to turn around orders within 10-14 days, we also have an express delivery option if you require your item sooner.

+ Basket Care:

It is common for the baskets to become dirty (as these baskets have a multitude of uses), to make your basket look as good as new, just follow these simple steps:

  • Gently wipe with a damp cloth but do not soak.
  • Leave to dry in a warm place or outside in the sunshine.
  • Please be aware that they will become mouldy if left damp.
  • The leather handles can also be cleaned with a leather soap

    Our products are all made with natural, sustainable materials and we also strive to ensure our packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible.

    As is the nature of handmade items, no two baskets are the same. Slight discrepancies in size, shape and finish are to be expected.

+ Can I get a refund?

Once your purchase has been personalised to your desire we are unable to provide a refund, as the item will now have your initals/ name on it and therefore the item will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

+ What if the paint chips?

Our handcrafted, hand painted baskets require TLC as they are delicate; weaves may move and can cause slight chipping. We are happy to touch up any chipping that occurs in the first 6 months for free.

+ What if my hat gets damaged?

Our handcrafted, beach hats require TLC as they are delicate, and can be damaged by heat and by getting damp, please care for these as we are unable to savour these once purchased.
